Naturopathic physician, Dr. Sara Love started Lichen + Leaf after noticing a curious trend—her patients, juggling busy and stressful lives, needed an extra boost of something to offer additional support to their day.
That is why she created Lichen + Leaf. Most herbal teas available include ingredients that individuals may have allergies to or are not advised with certain medical conditions. So, Dr. Sara brewed up a better idea: create delicious, feel-good blends made with only the best ingredients, rooted in nature.
And Lichen + Leaf was born—to boost joy and steep a little happiness into every cup!
