  • Processing: We typically pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During holidays or big sales, it may take a little longer.

  • Carriers: Once a package is with the carrier (like USPS or UPS), they are responsible for its delivery. We'll help you with any carrier claims if needed.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.

1. Processing Times

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Peak Periods: During high-volume times like holidays and major sales, processing may take 3–5 business days.

We begin working on your order shortly after it's placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at hello@lichenleaf.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once processing has begun, changes may not be possible.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

  • U.S. Domestic: Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

  • Delivery Estimates: Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier performance, weather, and other external factors can affect delivery times.

3. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the merchandise cost, but the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Title, Risk of Loss & Package Issues

  • Risk of Loss: The title and risk of loss for your order pass to you as soon as we deliver the package to the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for packages after they are in the carrier's hands, we are here to help you navigate any issues.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@lichenleaf.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

  • Marked "Delivered" but Not Received: Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered prematurely. We recommend checking with household members and neighbors first. If the package doesn't turn up within a day or two, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we will assist you in starting a trace with the carrier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to begin updating after the carrier has picked up the package.
