Hug in a Mug

When I developed the Hug in a Mug blend (my first) I was thinking of general coziness and warmth to provide for people with the added benefit of herbal nutrition and a relaxing aroma. And it absolutely is that.

Today, it is so much more.

Many of us feel alone, and some have said that loneliness is an epidemic, so where do we turn for comfort?

Friends, family, community are all very important and we have seen how communities are showing up for their neighbors through mutual aid and peaceful protest. This must continue.

We must also take care of ourselves.

So today, I raise my Hug in a Mug and try my best to provide comfort and healing through tea.
